The year 2016 began brilliantly for the agency – for the first time I took part in Switzerland´s largest wedding fair, wedding exhibition, Hochzeitsmesse Zürich. On 9th and 10th of January around 8500 visitors came to Messe Zürich to get some ideas and inspirations for their wedding day, and I just couldn’t have missed the fun!
My stand with former name "TWO LOVE Couple events" was aimed to make the difference, and by notions of many visitors, it has reached the aim! Its theme was industrial romance, with lofty atmosphere reflected in rustic brick walls, vintage lighting and luscious furniture with dark leather and metal finish. I presented my portfolio in framed pictures, photo book and the slide-show on the plasma screen. Many couples got speed consultations on different aspects of the wedding planning, and I was very happy to see some of my former, now happily married couples visiting, as well as lovely brides with their friends hunting for some wedding ideas.
I would like to express my special thanks to Jolie Cost Couture, talented tailor from Zollikon, ZH – her wonderful masterpiece, purple dress complemented with silver pumps, perfectly matched the vision of the agency logo.
It was also a pleasure to see some colleagues of the Swiss wedding industry and make some new interesting connections during the two days of the event. I must say, it is very pleasing to watch Swiss wedding market slowly, but steadily develop towards providing trendy and stylish wedding services. I will definitely take part in this exhibition next year – ideas are starting to come already now. Brilliant experience, great motivation for everyone! And of course I am looking forward to meeting with some couples very soon for more detailed discussions of their wedding days!
